After uninstalling Lenovo PC Manager (including the UWP version), a bunch of Lenovo.imxxxx processes remain in the system. If you locate the directory and delete them, Windows Update just downloads them again. It took a long time to find the way to uninstall it completely. Method 1. From Device Manager, expand the System devices category. Right-click System Interface Foundation V2 Device and select Uninstall.
